Improve and enhance the quality of life through parks, community amenities, historic resources and other community assets.
QL.1: Create a city-wide public art program to facilitate public art installations and programming.
QL.2: Continue to improve and expand bicycle and pedestrian connectivity by addressing gaps and expanding the trail and sidewalk networks.
QL.4: Continue supporting, expanding, and improving parks and recreation services and facilities.
QL.5: Implement a public relations and code enforcement campaign to address recurring property maintenance issues throughout the City.
QL.3: Expand city-led programming and support other organizations’ efforts related to programming in City parks and other public spaces, including downtown.
